Aqua aerobic is a kind of classes in water. These classes are dedicated to people of any age. Participating in them does not require any extraordinary swimming skills or great physical condition. When we are in water our joints and spine are relieved and that's why it is a safe form of physical activity, even for people after various injuries, suffering from backaches or the ones who are overweight
Classes are held by an instructor who, accompanied by a rhythmic music, presents exercises, with float equipment, in order to increase the buoyancy and the intensity of exercises.
